Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 1, 2026
This policy is provided in several languages for convenience. The English version is the governing version.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information labelovable collects when you use this website or order from us, how we use it and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us: your name, business name, email, phone number, country and state, licence number, order details, delivery address, artwork and any messages you send us.
Information stored in your browser: your language, country and currency choices are saved in your browser’s local storage so the site remembers them. This information stays on your device.
Technical information: our hosting provider may process standard server-log data (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to deliver and secure the site.
2. How the website forms work
When you place an order, the order form sends your order details — selected options, template and text, add-on details, contact and shipping details, price, currency and page language — to our server, which stores them with our hosting provider, Vercel (Vercel Blob storage), under a hard-to-guess address that is not linked from anywhere. Only our team can view orders, through a password-protected admin page. Your IP address is used briefly, in memory, to limit spam and is not stored with the order. We never collect payment card details on this site. The optional order email button and the contact form prepare an email in your own email app, which you choose whether to send.
3. How we use information
To respond to enquiries, prepare proofs, produce and ship orders, provide support, keep business and tax records, protect against fraud or misuse, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting, email, print-production partners where needed for your order, shipping carriers and, when available, payment processors. They may use it only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
5. Your artwork
We use artwork you send only to prepare proofs, produce your order and keep order records. We do not publish it or use it in marketing without your written permission.
6. Retention
We keep order and business records for as long as needed to fulfil orders, handle reprints and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, and then delete or anonymise them.
7. Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies. It uses browser local storage only for your language, country and currency preferences. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, referring site, country, device and browser type). It is cookieless: it does not set cookies, does not store your IP address and does not identify you or track you across other websites. To show the public visitor count in the footer, each time you open the site in a new tab a single anonymous visitor is counted; your browser keeps a marker in session storage (cleared when the tab is closed) so moving between pages is not counted again. No personal data is sent or stored for this.
8. Security and international transfers
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Our service providers may process information in countries other than yours, including the United States.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email labelovable@gmail.com. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
10. Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
11. Changes
We may update this policy; the new version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date.
12. Customer reviews
If you post a review, we store the display name, optional company name, rating, review text, optional product type, any photos you upload, the page language and the submission time. Reviews and photos are stored with our hosting provider, Vercel (Vercel Blob storage). The review form does not ask for your email address, and we do not store your IP address with the review; it is used only briefly, in memory, to limit spam.
Reviews stay private until approved. Approved reviews — including your display name, optional company name and photos — are publicly visible on our website. Declined reviews and their photos are deleted. You can ask us to remove your review at any time at labelovable@gmail.com.
13. Accounts, sign-in and order tracking
Accounts are optional — you can order and track orders as a guest. If you sign in with Google or with an emailed sign-in link, we store your email address and, if provided by Google, your name and profile picture URL, with Vercel (Vercel Blob storage). We do not store your Google password or Google access tokens. Sign-in sessions use a secure, encrypted cookie; no session database is used.
Sign-in links are sent by our email provider, Resend, and expire after use. Your account page shows orders placed with the same email address. The order tracking page shows an order’s status and shipping updates only when the order number and the email used on the order match (or you are signed in with that email); it never shows your address or phone number.
If we add carrier tracking through AfterShip, the carrier and tracking number of shipped orders are shared with AfterShip to fetch delivery updates. You can ask us to delete your account data at any time at labelovable@gmail.com.
